This may save you minutes of frustration and future hair loss.

When you are in a multicam session and need to adjust an angles time code to sync to the other cameras you can press and hold CTRL+SHIFT for the scrub tool. The Scrub tool allows you to click on the angle in the viewer and scrub until you find a match point. Very helpful when you have 11 camera going at once.
