Really excited for this movie.

I decided to take a Krav Maga class today instead of my Nike+ Training.

Reuslts:
1. First time punched directly in the face with force. Took it pretty well.
2. Unfortunately my left hand is not a weapon.
3. A kick to the nuts undermines any training you may have.
4. The moment you are done with the class you are very vulnerable to attack because your body is destroyed.
5. Currently icing what I believe to be a sprained wrist. Hopefully its broken so I can never refer to my injuries as a “sprain.”
